Well, just days after appearing at a Montreal Canadiens playoff game, four-time Stanley Cup champion Claude Lemieux has died. The 60-year-old was found by police at 3 in the morning Thursday at the family's furniture store in Florida. Police believe he may have taken his own life. Montreal police arrested four people accused of real estate fraud worth over $4.5 million. A quartet arrested yesterday in Montreal in Quebec City. Now according to police, the suspects were involved in a scheme that targeted victims struggling with money after posting online ads. Police say the victims were taken to a notary and without realizing signed documents transferring ownership of their homes. Block Quebecois MP Simon Pierre Savard Cremblay is leaving his party's caucus to run for the Parti Quebecois in the fall provincial election. He officially left the bloc Wednesday and is listed as an independent. A source in the Parti Quebecois not authorized to speak publicly told the Canadian press he will represent them in the October 5th election. Light 1067 sports.
